We should do away with examination..

I think we should do away with examination.Because a person 's ability is not depending on examination.When we young,we must know our position.Then we can know how to improve our grade.But if we become older,we have many things in trouble.We can't only see our examination.Also ,we can have informal exam.Because we need more strength than a paper.So,we need to be allowed to do something by ourselves.Don't only see the paper's grade.
